The fabric is pre-shrunk and treated with enzymes to soften fibers and prepare for stone washing, ensuring consistent fading.Stone Washing Process
The jacket is tumbled in industrial machines with pumice stones (natural or synthetic), which gently abrade the fabric to create subtle fading, whiskering, and a lived-in texture. The longer the wash, the more distressed the effect.Rinsing & Neutralizing
Post-wash, the denim is rinsed to remove stone residues, then treated to halt further fading, locking in the desired tonal variation.Hand-Detailing (Optional)
